documenting the compelling case for change in the provision and funding of services so that they are available and accessible for all who could benefit from quality PR programs no matter their location, circumstance, lung condition, cultural and language aspects or choice of mode of delivery.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Four key action areas have been defined in the PR Strategy Framework:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Image and awareness\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data and service
